This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped when you purchase from Body Focused LLC.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We plan to expand shipping options in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
- During high volume periods, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be longer
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order value
- Shipping method
- Delivery location
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
6. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Lost or delayed shipments
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are outside our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Body Focused LLC is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipments.
8. REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Refused delivery
- Incorrect address
- Failure to collect from the carrier
We reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.
