This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled when you purchase from Body Focused LLC.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Need to start a return?

To start a return, visit your account at shopbodyfocused.com/account

Enter the email address used for your order and we'll send you a 6-digit verification code. Once you're signed in, select your order, choose the items you'd like to return, and submit your request.

We'll review it and follow up with next steps.

 

1. RETURN WINDOW

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Items returned outside of this window may not be accepted.

 

2. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be in original condition
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging when possible

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

3. NON REFUNDABLE & FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Final sale items
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Bottles
  • White or light colored apparel
  • Gift cards

These exclusions are in place for hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons.


4. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

5. HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please submit your request through the Returns section here: https://account.shopbodyfocused.com

Once approved, you’ll receive the next steps and return instructions by email. Return instructions may vary depending on the order and item being returned.

We reserve the right to update the return process as needed.

 

6. EXCHANGES

We offer size or color exchanges for the same item when available.

Exchange conditions:

  • The original item must be received and inspected first
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

We do not offer exchanges for different products or styles.

 

7. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days

 

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

 

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

 

9. REFUSED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Refused delivery
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Failure to collect the package

We reserve the right to deduct shipping and handling costs from any refund issued.
