SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time, but we plan to expand in the future.
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. If your package appears delayed or lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact us for assistance.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Returns & Exchange
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have original tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
You can submit a return request through the Returns section on our website or by following the return instructions included with your order.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Final sale items
- Underwear
- Socks
- Bottles
- White or light colored apparel
- Gift cards
Yes. We offer size or color exchanges for the same item, subject to availability. The original item must be received and inspected before an exchange is processed. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within up to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Please note:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order
- Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it
- If an order cannot be canceled, original shipping fees are non refundable
Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation, but we will do our best to help when possible.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent or legal guardian complete the purchase on your behalf.
MISSING ITEMS
If an item is missing from your order, it may have been removed due to being out of stock. If this happens, you will be notified by email.
If you did not receive an out-of-stock notification and believe an item is missing, please contact us immediately at team@shopbodyfocused.com with the following information:

- Missing item(s)
Our support team will investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
All missing item claims must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
TAXES & PAYMENTS
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with applicable state laws.
We accept major payment methods available at checkout. Available options may vary based on your location and device.
Payment is processed once your order ships. Pending charges may appear earlier depending on your payment provider.
GIFT CARDS
No. Gift cards do not expire.
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
No. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
